1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened or partially used supplements
Products without their original seal or packaging
Items marked as “final sale”
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at returns@nutraeden.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@nutraeden.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
