What can be returned

We accept returns on products that are:
Unopened and unused, with the original safety seal fully intact
In their original packaging
Returned within the applicable timeframe below:
EU & UK customers: 14 days from delivery
US & all other customers: 30 days from delivery

Why we can't accept opened products

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we're unable to accept returns on opened, unsealed, or partially used items. This is a standard health and hygiene requirement — your safety, and the safety of others, depends on it.

EU & UK customers, right to withdraw

If you're based in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@nutraedenlabs.com. Returned items must still be unopened and in original condition.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If we made the mistake, we'll cover return shipping.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

A note on disputes & chargebacks

If something isn't right, please reach out first, we're here to help. Disputes opened without contacting us may be contested with evidence of delivery and policy acknowledgment.
