Order processing
Once your order is placed, our team verifies your details and coordinates with our fulfillment partner. This typically takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email right away, and a separate shipping notification once your order is on its way.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you order on a Friday, processing begins the next business day.
Fulfillment time
After processing, orders are packaged and handed over to the carrier within up to 2 business days. In rare cases — such as high order volumes, operational delays, or technical issues — this window may be slightly extended. We'll always keep you informed if that happens.

Estimated delivery times — US & International
For customers outside the ABC islands, estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
United States (USPS): 3–7 business days
United States (UPS): 3–5 business days
International (GlobalPost / UPS Worldwide): 10–14 business days

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. You'll see the full cost before you confirm your order — no hidden charges.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package in real time via the carrier's website. For local Bonaire deliveries, our team will confirm your delivery window directly.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined entirely by your country's customs authority — we have no control over them.
For inter-island shipments to Curaçao and Aruba, any applicable local import duties or island-specific fees are also the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect shipping address
Please review your delivery details carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If a reshipment is required due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out — we'll do everything we can to track it down. Delays caused by weather events, customs backlogs, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volumes during peak periods are outside our control.
